Christy's (left) tennis outfit is from 1970, but the outfit in the center (1962) is closer to the tennis dress required for phys ed when I went to college in the fall of '66. Francie's cute "Tennis Tunic" (1969) has matching shorts. I was never a tennis player, but liked to hang around the courts in the summer, and I did carry the requisite racket. Like Barbie, I dressed for the setting.
