That's a 1966 Hair Fair Barbie on the left wearing "Togetherness" (1968, and I can personally attest to the popularity of the wild leggings, t-straps, and little Juliet caps) and a 1969 Truly Scrumptious Barbie(by then I was wearing my hair that way, too)in "Midi Magic," also 1969.
